I began my career designing inquiry-based learning experiences for K-6 learners. I was fascinated with building deliverables that dropped the learner into real-world situations. Since leaving the school system, I have owned my own business, consulted for many local businesses, and educated my children at home.

From employee training programs to performance evaluations, I enjoy the end-to-end production process of working with my clients and stakeholders. However, my passion is creating scenario-based experiences that improve performance and change behavior.
